The year of the rug for abandoned foal Eggsy

2015 was definitely The Year of The Rug for Eggsy. 

In the middle of our Great British Summer Eggsy discovered that rugs helped keep you snug and dry when he wore one for the very first time. 

Then came the gift of not one but two fabulous  fleecy rugs for Eggsy all the way from Germany, handmade by Eleonore of  Marburger Pferdchen

One with a super owl fabric lining and 

the other with hearts and a snuggly neck

and for Christmas Eggsy got a cosy pony padded turnout rug as a special present from the children who visit Pony Power Trust at Little Barn Stables Thank you children!

Definitely The Year of The Rug, wonder what 2016 will bring?

Who ever would have thought that this little scrap  would bring so much love into our lives?

Abandoned, lice ridden, starving, dehydrated and with locking stifles to boot  so many people have  taken him to their hearts and helped him get this far.
